1. Billing and Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Currency: Our standard currency is Euro (€). Payments in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within six hours of placement. If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be made to the original payment method.

2. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Shipping Notifications: We will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped.
